Promotion and brokering
Soléa handles the promotion of excursions, verifies availability and puts customers in contact with selected local operators.

Service provision
Excursions are not organised or provided directly by Soléa, which does not collect payments and accepts no responsibility for the organisation or running of the activities.

Booking and payment
Soléa can confirm the availability of the requested excursion; final booking, payment and service delivery take place directly with the partner operator, who is solely responsible for them.

Operator responsibility
The name and contact details of the partner operator, together with the final conditions, are communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
